Power Supply Restoration on the Island of Madeira

Since December 25th, CME has been involved in the work to restore the power supply to the areas affected by the storm that has devastated the island of Madeira.

On Christmas Day, the works were aimed at solving the Medium Voltage Network malfunction and, since yesterday, we have been working on the Low Voltage Airline Network replacement.

We hope that our intervention will lead to a quick return to normality, in the affected municipalities, and we are pleased that no victims have been reported.
