CME, in consortium with the company Ramos Ferreira, was responsible for all HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment installation at the Savoy Palace Hotel in Funchal, being also responsible for the corrective HVAC equipment maintenance and installations during the assurance period.

The Savoy Palace Hotel has just been distinguished in the category "Best Development - Tourism" in the 2nd edition of the Real Estate Awards, sponsored by the newspaper Expresso and the TV channel Sic Notícias.
