The Academy mainly relies on internal trainers, though it does also have a pool of external trainers for occasional events to ensure that all needs can be addressed.

All trainers meet the defined requirements for each course, both at the level of their own professional training within each activity and also in terms of their professional experience, which we consider fundamental for the transmission of technical concepts and methods.
