We are socially, economically and environmentally responsible and we act in the present looking into the future.

 

Our concern to grow, being better, in a better world is reflected in the several SeR programme initiatives created in 2007, as a result of the need felt by the Group to aggregate initiatives that, until then, had been taking place in a single, non-integrated manner.

 

We gave a name and a face to our corporate responsibility, integrating into the daily life of companies and employees the 3 basic principles of sustainability:

 

 

 

Internal Initiatives:

  • Education allowance (children up to 18 years).
  • Summer internships for employees' children.
  • Summer camps co-funding (children up to 16 years).
  • Family+ Programme - a programme which grants preference to unemployed family members, on equal terms, to job seekers in the Group.
  • Talents+ Programme.
  • Mentoring Programme.
  • Protocols.
  • Annual events - ProCME day and Christmas parties.

 

 

External Initiatives:

  • Sponsorship of cultural and sporting events, promoting employees, family and friends engagement, thus contributing to the community development.
  • IPSS donations.
  • Protocols with school entities - work-related training enabling Group' s tutors engagement.
