Predictive maintenance makes it possible to foresee machine and equipment failures by recognising pattern changes.

 

The Mentatronic platform developed by TULABS, a software that reads any type of data that can be collected (energy consumption, temperature, pressure, gas, status, etc.), allows real-time graphics display, checking machine behaviour, determine the overall equipment efficiency and allows integration with other systems, making it possible to anticipate interventions and avoid stoppages.
