To abide by all instruments (1) and to comply with all the requirements of the applicable laws and norms, both national and international - including norms ov voluntary adhesion subscribed by the Group companies (2) - as well as contractual requirements, towards the satisfaction of everyone we relate to, adding value and strengthening trust from shareholders, customers, staff and society in general.

Improve

To establish goals on every scope, promoting their integration in the Group's activity, allowing the evaluation of results and defining actions to bring results closer to goals, continuously improving our performance.

Involve

. To Promote every member of the staff as an essential element within the organisation in the pursuit of goals, providing them with the proper training, promoting their personal and professional development and adding value to the conciliation between professional activity and family life;
. To Develop partnership relations with our customers as well as our suppliers, based on the quality of service, ethics and social and environmental responsibilities;
. To establish involvement commitments with local communities, NGO's and other entities, promoting positive development opportunities for the preservation of the environment, the conservation of Biodiversity and social development;
. To develop the Group's internal and external communication, guaranteeing that every member of the staff is aware of these principles and abides by them.
